The Reference Neo Top is designed with a focus on flexibility, warmth, and protection. To optimize performance, the product is crafted in two different thicknesses; the back panel is constructed in 3mm nylon neoprene with fleece backing for warmth and comfort, while the front, sleeves, and side panels are made of 2mm nylon neoprene for flexibility and ease of movement.

The cuffs are tapered and adjustable according to the user's individual preferences, featuring laser-cut drainage holes for water drainage. For increased visibility in darkness, the top is equipped with reflective block logos on the sleeves, and for warmth and comfort, the top has a slightly longer back panel. Designed with a Sail Racing logo on the shoulder, a Reference logo placed on the lower back, and a block logo on the neck.
