The Orca Spraytop is developed for high-speed sailing and constructed in a 3-layer GORE-TEX® Pro Stretch Technology nylon fabric with two-way stretch and a polyamide tricot lining. The spraytop is wind and waterproof with high breathability for optimal functionality and freedom of movement during physically demanding activities. It has a DWR treatment with water-repellent properties to prevent the outer fabric from getting wet. VECTRAN TECHSTEEL® fabric is used for reinforcement on the inside of the side panels and nylon 6.6 fabric on the outer inner sleeves for exceptional strength and abrasion resistance where it is needed most.

Equipped with a water-repellent YKK AquaGuard® zipper with a Hypalon® puller at the front and a large wedge of waterproof fabric to protect against wind and water intrusion. The spraytop is adjustable at the collar, hem, and cuffs with medical tape and a grip-friendly Velcro closure, reinforced with Bemis® tape, to provide a customized fit and durable protection against wind and water ingress. The inside of the collar is lined with neoprene for comfort and additional protection against water intrusion. The lower part and cuffs are also made of neoprene to provide warmth and comfort.

The jacket has two spacious chest pockets with water-repellent YKK AquaGuard® zippers and Bemis® reinforcement tape around the edges. Inside the left chest pocket, there is a loop for attaching tools. The spraytop is also equipped with two solid carbon D-rings at the front for securing racing tools. It features high-frequency 3M reflective logos on the shoulders for increased visibility in low-light conditions. Designed with a printed Sail Racing and GORE-TEX® logo on the chest pocket and a laser-cut, high-frequency block logo at the back of the neck.
