The Orca Hybrid Shorts are windproof sailing shorts, crafted from GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER® nylon fabric with stretch. All seams are fully taped, and the shorts feature a DWR treatment with water-repellent properties, making them highly water-resistant. For extra durability, the shorts are equipped with VECTRAN TECHSTEEL® reinforcement fabric on the back thighs and over the seat. The shorts have a higher back piece, lined with molded neoprene for support, warmth, and comfort.

At the front, the shorts feature a water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® zipper with a welded, inner button placket to prevent water ingress. The shorts also have a Velcro-reinforced, double button closure for a secure fit. The waist can be easily adjusted with elastic medical tape and wide grip straps with Velcro closure to provide a customized and comfortable fit that stays in place during physical activity.

The shorts have two spacious waist pockets equipped with water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® zippers, as well as a convenient, smaller pocket located just below the waist with a loop and elastic string on the inside for easy attachment of racing tools.
