The Orca Bib Pant for high-speed sailing is made of a recently developed 3-layer GORE-TEX® PRO Stretch Technology nylon fabric. This uniquely processed membrane enables warp direction stretch without compromising the pants waterproof, windproof, and highly breathable properties. The upper body is made of super-stretch fabric, providing enhanced flexibility. Reinforcements at the back, knees, and lower leg offer extra protection against wear. For enhanced protection, the pants also feature removable 4 mm XT D3O Impact Protection on the inside of the knees, safeguarding you during high-impact manoeuvres. The inside of the legs is reinforced with VECTRAN TECHSTEEL® for exceptional strength and abrasion resistance.

The pants have a DWR treatment with water-repellent properties to prevent the outer fabric from getting wet. A two-way water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® zipper with an inner placket and a water drainage system at the bottom of the zipper enhances usability. The waistband on the inside of neoprene provides comfort, and the adjustable medical tape with Velcro closure, reinforced with Bemis® tape, ensures a customized fit. The leg cuffs are adjustable with medical tape and Velcro closure, reinforced with bemis® tape, and also have a cuff on the inside of the 3-layer waterproof stretch fabric with adjustable tape, allowing a highly customized fit that protects against wind and water intrusion.

Spacious waist pockets with laser-cut drainage holes, reinforced with Bemis® tape, provide additional functionality. The pants also have a leg pocket on the lower part of the right leg with a water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® zipper. For extra warmth and comfort, the pants are equipped with a neoprene panel on the back. Designed with Sail Racing and GORE-TEX® PRO logos on the chest and right pocket. Printed block logo on the upper back.
