The Orca Open Ocean Pants are an offshore sailing pant crafted from a 3-layer GORE-TEX® PRO Technology nylon fabric, providing the pants with high abrasion resistance, tear strength, and low water absorption. GORE-TEX® PRO Technology is specifically designed to offer exceptional protection against moisture and wind while maintaining high breathability and durability, ensuring reliable performance even in the harshest conditions.

The pants are reinforced with 3-layer GORE-TEX® PRO Technology nylon fabric on the knees, at the leg cuffs, at the back, and on the pockets, enhancing abrasion resistance. Equipped with removable D3O knee pads for protection and comfort, with a Velcro adjustment on the outside of the knees to keep the protection in place. The pants feature a BIB construction with adjustable shoulder straps with medical tape and Velcro closure, reinforced with Bemis® tape for flexibility.

Two-way waterproof YKK AquaSeal® zipper with a large Hypalon pulls at the front and a welded, inner placket designed to minimize water leakage. Adjustable waist with elastic tape and Velcro closure, reinforced with Bemis® tape for a customized fit. Roomy straight leg fit with adjustable elastic tape and Velcro closure at the leg cuffs, reinforced with Bemis® tape. Inside the cuffs, there is a waterproof cuff with elastic drawstring adjustment to provide secure protection against water and wind ingress.

The pants are equipped with two chest pockets with waterproof YKK AquaSeal® zippers and Hypalon pulls, ensuring secure storage in challenging weather conditions. For additional storage, the pants also have two spacious leg pockets with Velcro closure and laser-cut drainage holes at the bottom. Inside the right leg pocket, there is also a hanging loop for attaching tools.

The pants feature a large hanging loop in webbing tape at the back and are designed with embroidered Sail Racing and GORE-TEX® PRO prints on the chest and on the pocket flap on the right leg. The pants also have a 50KTS embroidery in the middle of the back, along with a Sail Racing block logo and GORE-TEX® PRO embroidery on the upper back.
